Infected Sky Update — July 18–20, 2026

The Infected Sky update opened a new sky-themed horror zone in SCP MORPH on Roblox game ID 71599043035739. Developers launched featured promotion on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 12:10 PM ET and closed the banner on Monday, July 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET. The zone, portal cutscene, and Morph roster remain permanently in the live build—only the featured UI ended on Monday.

Prior patch: Spider Train update (July 12). Later events: Sea Monster (July 25–27) and Infected Sky 2 (August 1–3). Calendar: weekend events.

How to Enter Infected Sky

Two verified portal routes transport players from the lobby into the Infected Sky zone:

1. Lobby ladder route — Locate the event ladder structure in the lobby area. Climb to the top and interact with the portal trigger to load into Infected Sky.
2. Aircraft crash cutscene — An alternate entry plays an aircraft-crash cutscene that deposits you directly into the Infected Sky zone. Watch for event markers or NPC prompts near lobby spawn after Saturday deploy.

Either route lands you in the same exploration space. If one path glitches, try the other on respawn. Map confidence from facility overview helps you return to lobby quickly between attempts.

Community walkthroughs document approximately nine Morphs from this event. Verified names include:

• Amanda — Core zone exploration unlock
• Nightmare Amanda — Variant tied to Amanda quest chain or darker zone branch
• Shin Hedgehog — Exploration trigger in Infected Sky streets
• Infected Sea — Requires Boat Ticket item, then travel to the dock area
• Infected Train — Train encounter or rail-zone interaction
• Infected Car — Vehicle-themed zone trigger

Unlock Route — Amanda and Nightmare Amanda

1. Enter Infected Sky via lobby ladder or aircraft cutscene.
2. Explore central sky-city streets for Amanda NPC or interaction marker.
3. Complete Amanda's short objective chain—follow on-screen prompts or quest arrows.
4. Return to darker zone branches or nightmare-variant triggers for Nightmare Amanda after base Amanda unlocks.

Start Amanda first—several adjacent Morphs share the same city loop.

Unlock Route — Shin Hedgehog

Shin Hedgehog spawns from an exploration touch or NPC interaction in the main Infected Sky zone. Sweep side alleys and rooftop edges after Amanda—community videos place the trigger mid-city rather than at the dock.

Unlock Route — Infected Sea (Boat Ticket → Dock)

1. While exploring Infected Sky City, locate and collect the Boat Ticket item.
2. Navigate to the dock area within or adjacent to the zone.
3. Use the ticket at the boat/dock interaction point.
4. Complete the aquatic segment to unlock Infected Sea.

Do not skip the ticket pickup—dock access gates on inventory. Sea Monster weekend later expanded aquatic content; Infected Sea remains a distinct Morph from that separate event.

Unlock Route — Infected Train, Infected Car, Infected Seed

These three Morphs use zone-specific encounters scattered through Infected Sky:

• Infected Train — Find the infected train set piece; interact when the encounter spawns or complete the rail-area objective.
• Infected Car — Locate the infected vehicle prop; touch or complete its micro-quest.
• Infected Seed — Search for seed/plant environmental triggers—often off the main street path.

Efficient collectors run city → dock (with ticket) → train/car/seed sweep in one session.

Unlock Route — I Heard It Too

Community coverage flags I Heard It Too as an audio-driven or hidden-room Morph. Listen for ambient cues, check interior rooms off main paths, and follow the embedded video timestamps for exact trigger placement—this entry is easy to miss without sound enabled.
